When you can’t make a decision
Something has happened and you need to make a decision. You’re not sure which decision is right.
You tell yourself “I don’t know what to do.”
What’s really happening is that you are afraid to make the “wrong” decision.
You procrastinate making a powerful decision and maybe, just maybe, you won’t have to make one at all.
You spend hours thinking and overthinking all the options.
You know the right decision is there, you just can’t quite commit to it. So you do your research.
You call or text your friends, your mentor, your sister or your mother. Probably all of them.
Maybe you post on social media.
I call this crowd sourcing.
And none of it works.
It makes you tired, exhausted and undermines your own authority over your life.
What if you could make decisions quickly and with calm confidence?
Imagine that you have an inner knowing of exactly the answer and you trusted yourself enough to decide.
What if your perfectionist, people pleasing thinking was a thing of the past?
What if every decision is the "right" one.
This is what we do in coaching.
We learn how to make quick, effective, trusting decisions.
We learn how to feel calm, confident and in control of our own lives.
My group coaching program is open and waiting for you to join.
