Do you Believe?
Do you believe you are worthy?
Do you believe you are smart?
Do you believe you are strong?
Do you believe you are loving and kind?
Do you believe you are a hard worker?
Do you believe that you are beautiful?
What do you believe about yourself? We have a sense of ourselves but spend little time in full belief.
We expect others to be in full belief for us, to hold belief in us.
When someone else tells us we are worthy, smart, strong, loved, kind, beautiful and a hard worker we believe them.
Then what happens?
When they tell us we are not worthy, not smart, not strong, not loved, not kind, not beautiful, not a hard worker and WE BELIEVE THEM.
It looks like a break up, or a job loss, or someone questioning our parenting style, or our clothing, or grown children not calling as often as we would like, or a general sense of not being good enough.
When we spend time in FULL BELIEF for ourselves, the external validation takes on a different flavor. It loses its power over us. We allow other people to have their thoughts and we don’t attach to them.
We own our own thoughts and beliefs about ourselves.
We reclaim power over our own lives.
When we hold our own power, we experience less anxiety, less worry, less overthinking and less overwhelm.
We BELIEVE. In ourselves, and in others. In our own power and in allowing others to have power over themselves.
A sense of calm, confidence and control can be felt in our bodies.
This is what we do inside my Coaching Program, Embracing Change with Joy.
Commit 6 months to being in full belief.
My client, “M”, says it beautifully: “A year ago, I couldn’t afford the commitment of Life Coaching. Now I can’t afford not to.”
It comes down to belief. Belief in yourself. I believe in you, it’s time to believe for yourself.
Let me show you how.
