Thoughts create your reality

We have all heard this statement, maybe in different ways, different words, but it all comes around to this:  What you believe creates the results in your life.   The only way to change your results is to change your thoughts. 

You might think that action creates results.  You might find yourself overworking, overdoing and still getting the same results.  This never feels good.

New Thought Brainstorm

 

Make a list of new thoughts you want to practice thinking every day.  Record these new thoughts and listen to them regularly.  Here is a list of thoughts you may want to try if you need some inspiration.  Make this fun and light.  Be in the moment and play with the thoughts you choose.  You are transforming into the person you were always meant to be.  This has nothing to do with your past and everything to do with your future.  Unlearning who you thought you were supposed to be and learning who you are is the goal.

·       I am guided

·       Everything is as it should be

·       Everything happens for me

·       It was meant to happen the way it did

·       I am exactly as I should be

·       Everything happens right on time

·       The Universe doesn’t make mistakes

·       I am not my mind-I am the watcher of my mind

·       Love is always an option

·       Unconditional love is something I do for myself

·       I am responsible for everything I think and feel

·       No one can cause an emotion inside me

·       People are allowed to behave the way they want-I am allowed to respond the way I decide

·       It’s not what I do, it’s who I am

·       There is nothing I can do that wouldn’t be worthy of forgiveness

·       There is nothing wrong with me

·       I am enough

·       Nothing has gone wrong here

·       My purpose is the life I am living right now

·       I am deeply loved

·       The world longs for what I have to offer

·       There is nothing I truly want that I can’t have

·       Hard work feels amazing

·       I can do hard things

·       Familiarity is not the same as comfort

·       Suffering is sometimes familiar, but not necessary

·       Worry serves no purpose

·       There is plenty of time

·       Everything I do is a choice

·       My past is perfect

·       It is my job to make myself happy

·       What others think of me is about the, not me
