STOP and Breathe
Stop!
Just stop for a moment, and breathe.
That’s right, breathe in and breathe out.
Notice your breath as it comes in, the coolness of it. How your chest and belly expand.
Notice your breath as it goes out, the warmth of it. How your chest and belly contract.
That’s right. Be here. Now.
Breath is so amazing. It happens even when we don’t pay attention. This is a great thing if we want to stay alive.
What’s not great is that LIFE also happens even when we aren’t paying attention.
It’s what happens when we go through life on autopilot. When we are enveloped in the busyness of life. The job, the relationship, the kids, the aging parents, the sick relative.
There is another way and I want to show you.
I want to show you how to live this one life, with intention, attention, and focus.
So you can feel calm, confident and in control.
So that you can enjoy every single moment. Even the dark, scary ones.
