Road Trippin’

After years of coaching 100's of clients, I have had a front row seat into people's brains and all the ways we hold ourselves back from the things we want.

If like is like a road trip, there are 11 mistakes I see people make on this journey of life:

  1. Driving while looking in the rearview mirror.  (Using your past against yourself and allowing it to determine what's possible in your future)

  2. Driving with one foot on the gas and the other on the brake.  (Holding yourself back from what you want)

  3. Hitting a road block, turning around and going back home. (Giving up, quitting when things get hard)

  4. Rubbernecking (comparing your beginning or middle to someone else's end and despairing)

  5. Driving while looking at your phone. (distraction, overwhelm, numbing and escaping)

  6. Bringing a backpack filled with heavy books. (being weighted down by disempowering beliefs)

  7. Driving without gas and pushing the car. (Relying on willpower and whileknuckling yourself into action)

  8. Draining your battery (lack of self-care and energy management)

  9. Ignoring the warning lights and things that are breaking down. (Avoidance, sticking your head in the sand)

  10. Letting people in the passenger seat steer the car. (people pleasing)

  11. Speeding (being in a rush to get "there" so that you miss out on the "now", delusional "I'll be happy when...."

Sound familiar?  In coaching, we uncover these 11 roadblocks, why we make them and what you can do differently.

Awareness is the key to all of it.

Once you are aware, you can make a  powerful decision to change your results and drive through this road of life with confidence, grace and east.

Let me show you how.
