Life doesn’t have to feel so hard!
Get ready to take control of your mind to create the life you desire.
I show you exactly how to do it with more ease and acceptance.
Anxiety is the number one thing my clients want to release.
It feels different for everyone, here are some of the ways it can show up.
That low level anxiety that’s buzzing in your body, the overthinking in your brain, nothing seems right, or at least not for very long. Always expecting the worst, imagining something is wrong even when everything seems to be fine. Not quite ever feeling free or in balance.
The feeling where you stay up at night, stare at your ceiling, ask yourself an infinite number of questions, then sit there and debate whether you actually want to know the answer.
The feeling where you wonder who truly cares about you and who is just using you: who is there for you and who is so desperately waiting for you to fail.
The feeling where you feel like you’re not good enough: that you need to be this, this, and this to be successful and liked. You crave the attention you know you can’t have.
The feeling where you get frustrated because it’s physically impossible to be 100% happy, even for a moment. You want someone to vent to, but no one will understand you.
The feeling where you question your value, your worth, your pride, yourself, everything…….and you think. Overthink. All night. All you’re left with is you, yourself, and a very dark place.
When you’re in the middle of feeling this way, it’s nearly impossible to get out of it. You are in what I call an amygdala hijack, commonly known as fight or flight. The more you resist the feelings, the longer they stay. So stay in it. Accept that RIGHT NOW, in this moment, you are anxious. Nothing has gone wrong. Take a breath……
And when it passes, which it will; when you’re feeling neutral, or in a positive emotion, practice these thoughts:
Sometimes I feel anxious. Sometimes I don’t. I am not my emotions. I am not anxiety. Nothing has gone wrong.
Anxiety is a feeling. A feeling is a vibration in my body. Feelings last 90 seconds. Nothing has gone wrong.
When I focus on my breath, I am practicing mindfulness. When I am breathing, I am alive. Nothing has gone wrong.
I choose my thoughts. I have control over them. They do not control me. I can choose thoughts that make me anxious sometimes and thoughts that don’t. Nothing has gone wrong
More and more, each and every day, I choose thoughts that bring me peace and happiness. I deserve to feel peaceful. I know which thoughts make me feel at peace and I choose those thoughts more and more.

I can manage uncomfortable feelings. They are vibrations in my body. I have felt discomfort many times in my life. Nothing has gone wrong.
I expect to experience discomfort 50% of the time. Nothing has gone wrong.
When I am anxious it is a time for me to listen to my body and explore my thoughts with curiosity, not judgement. Nothing has gone wrong.
I have experience with this emotion. I know it will end. I know what to do. Nothing has gone wrong.
If you find yourself experiencing anxiety more than 50%, or it is lasting longer than you can manage, I am here to help. Using my 3 step process, Presence-Power-Belief, you will learn how to manage your mind to create the life you desire.
